It is our booking policy to secure all bookings with debit/credit card details. Tea on Ltd informs you that your credit/debit card details remain on our system and protected under privacy rules. Where your booking becomes a ‘no-show’, a ‘cancellation’ or without pre-advised changes with less than 24 hours’ notice it will be at the discretion of Tea On Ltd to charge £10.00 per person to your card.
Standard Service Allocated tables have a 10-minute grace period. Should you be running late, please call the restaurant to allow us to try and accommodate you. This cannot always be guaranteed over busy weekends.
We kindly ask our guests to arrive at the time of their reservation as our Restaurant and Bar area will not be operating as a waiting space. We have limited space for prams/strollers, please pre-advise the team as we cannot guarantee space without prior notifications.
Pre-ordering Food: To ensure we can accommodate all guests, please advise of any special dietary requirements when booking, or at least 48 hours before your arrival. If your booking is for 8+ guests, we may ask for ‘pre-orders’ shortly after receiving your booking.
Please note that due to COVID-19 we will now be taking bookings only, and whilst we are happy to seat you if we have walk-in availability, we will still need your details to do so. Our staff want to give you the safest, best experience whilst visiting us, so please follow guidelines upon arrival and our waiting on staff will be happy to discuss any questions you may have. Reservations will be held for 15 minutes after booking time before becoming voided. We will, however, try to accommodate you as an alternative table becomes available.
Your credit/debit card details will be stored on our system and in the result of a no-show, a cancellation, or not informing us of any changes to your booking within 24 hours previous of your booking, your card will be charged at the rate of £10 per person.
