You can purchase gift vouchers here, by calling our office on 0161 697 4474, or by visiting our restaurant. We unfortunately do not offer postage, but a printable e-mail will be provided upon your purchase.
We do sell cakes, our standard options are chocolate fudge cake, carrot cake, Victoria sponge cake, lemon dream, coffee and walnut, or Boston cream cake. These are priced at £65 per cake and can be ordered with just 24 hours’ notice.
If you’d like anything other than these options or would like any specific decorations this would have to be priced up by our pastry chef. We would ask you to send some picture inspiration, the desired flavours/fillings, and how many people it would need to serve. We do require at least 72hours notice for cake orders.

We apologise as our Sackville Street venue isn’t wheelchair accessible. We’ve always prided ourselves on being inclusive of everyone and unfortunately, due to the building having grade 2 listed status, disabled access is something we cannot currently provide. We promise to do our best to make this something we can provide as soon as possible and when planning permission is granted.
There are seven steps into the venue where after these we do have a ground-level accessible toilet. So if you feel you can manage this, our staff would be happy to accommodate in any way that we can.
We do have baby changing facilities located on our premises in our accessible toilets. However, we do ask that if you are bringing a pram, you let us know in advance as we do not have extra space to store these and will need to accommodate them at/near your table.
We can also warm up any bottles or food upon your request. Please let your server know and we will do our best to fulfil this request for you.
Unfortunately, we only allow guide and service dogs into the venue currently.
We pride ourselves on being an all-inclusive venue, and therefore our main toilets are gender neutral which are cleaned by both male and female staff regularly. However, should you choose not to want to use these, we do have an accessible, one-cubicle toilet that is located on our top floor.
Our gluten free afternoon tea is served on gluten free bread and follows either our “standard” or “vegetarian” sandwich fillings. Cakes are made in house and are also included to ensure you have an amazing time dining with us. Please be aware that these are always subject to change.
Unfortunately, we cannot promise any tables as our system prioritises tables by group size and will sometimes override our choices to ensure we can accommodate everyone.

It is our booking policy to secure all bookings with debit/credit card details. Tea on Ltd informs you that your credit/debit card details remain on our system and protected under privacy rules. Where your booking becomes a ‘no-show’, a ‘cancellation’ or without pre-advised changes with less than 24 hours’ notice it will be at the discretion of Tea On Ltd to charge £10.00 per person to your card.
Standard Service Allocated tables have a 10-minute grace period. Should you be running late, please call the restaurant to allow us to try and accommodate you. This cannot always be guaranteed over busy weekends.
We kindly ask our guests to arrive at the time of their reservation as our Restaurant and Bar area will not be operating as a waiting space. We have limited space for prams/strollers, please pre-advise the team as we cannot guarantee space without prior notifications.
Pre-ordering Food: To ensure we can accommodate all guests, please advise of any special dietary requirements when booking, or at least 48 hours before your arrival. If your booking is for 8+ guests, we may ask for ‘pre-orders’ shortly after receiving your booking.
Please note that due to COVID-19 we will now be taking bookings only, and whilst we are happy to seat you if we have walk-in availability, we will still need your details to do so. Our staff want to give you the safest, best experience whilst visiting us, so please follow guidelines upon arrival and our waiting on staff will be happy to discuss any questions you may have.
