Terms & Conditions:
If you are unable to attend a booked event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.

For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation. Cancellations must be received in advance of a booked event.

The following cancellations charges apply:
Cancellations within a 72-48 hour window period = No refund
Cancellations 5 – 3 days = 50% refund
Cancellations over 5 days = full refund

Should unforeseen circumstances cause us to cancel an event all delegates will be informed as soon as possible and a re-book will be offered. We accept no responsibility for covering travel or accommodation costs incurred as a result of cancellations.
